Mining Made Cleaner with SoilMix and WaterMix Solutions

Jul 20, 2024 | News

Our amazing products, SoilMix and WaterMix, are designed to tackle heavy metal contamination and more in both soil and water, offering sustainable solutions for the mining industry and beyond. (https://lnkd.in/eCETyMn)

Why Choose SoilMix and WaterMix?
– Effective Remediation: Our wastewater process neutralizes contamination at its source or in evaporation and holding ponds. Treated water can be reused in operations, reducing costs and saving water resources.
– Proven Success: Our founder pioneered research and development in bioremediation products for mining applications, particularly in the gold mining industry since 2016.
– Natural Solutions: We utilize all-natural fungi and bacteria, suspended in a liquid medium, to rapidly promote heavy metal chelation and the destruction of complex chemical bonds, leaving components inert or nearly eliminated.

Industry Challenges and Solutions
According to research, an estimated 17 to 27 billion gallons of polluted mine discharge water will be generated by 40 existing hard rock mines (e.g., gold, copper, uranium) in the US each year. The treatment cost for these mines is estimated at $67 billion per year. Large amounts of drainage, mine cooling, and aqueous extraction processes increase the potential for chemicals to contaminate ground and surface water.

Our Impact
– Water Recycling: The mining industry faces dynamic challenges for water recycling. Use our WaterMix product in evaporation ponds to speed up the remediation process, eliminating and settling heavy metal materials, chemicals, and toxins.
– Economic Efficiency: Our products have been tested and used by multiple large mining operations. While we can’t share specific client details, we can confirm successful treatment of tailings and pregnant solution, leading to cleaner processes and more efficient budget use.
